Mango Varieties & Specifications

Hot Water Dip Treatment: Pack houses recognized by APEDA use mandatory hot water dip facility (dipped for an hour at 48°C) as quarantine measures for export to Japan, Korea, UK, Iran and Switzerland. Fruits are also dipped in 200 ppm sodium hypochlorite at 52°C for 2-3 minutes to control pathogens.

Fruit Details

Nearly round and hard with a leathery shiny skin. Edible portion transforms from deep pink to bright red (April). Juicy, crunchy seeds. Outside skin polished and cleaned with soft long hair brush. Size graded with round bars.

Harvest & Pre-cooling

Handpicked and immediately forced precooled at 5°C within 7 hrs after harvesting. Plastic Crates used for harvesting process.
